- All bookings must be confirmed through our official booking system.
- Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Please inform us at least 30 days before your event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.
- Any changes to your booking are subject to availability.
- By booking, you agree to follow our cafe rules and these terms.
